LYNN WILSON is the Executive Director of Wilson Consulting, a company that offers consulting services in disability claims management to major insurance firms. She has over 25 years’ experience in managing individual, group and association business claims. Lynn also conducts extensive forensic analysis on claim files, provides staff training, and develops innovative business processes.
DEREK PULCHINSKI is President of CID Consulting. Derek has been working in the disability claims field since 1993 and is an industry expert on claimant interviews and claim settlement procedures.
